ACEEE Ranks Virginia 34th in the 2010 State Energy Efficiency Scorecard Ranking


The American Council for an Energy Efficient Economy made their rankings based on energy efficiency funding programs, customer energy efficiency programs, energy efficiency resource standards, and reward structures for energy efficiency programs. The state’s record on stated energy efficiency goals, as well as policies of the State Corporation Committee regarding reward mechanisms for energy efficiency were considered in the scoring process.
